The S4920 terminal is targeted to SCADA applications, including pipelines, remote weather stations, and un-manned remote locations.  The terminal can operate on AC or DC power and has unique power-saving features analogous to a ‘sleep mode’ while still maintaining synchronization to the network.  The unit can receive a full DVB-S2 transmission from a Hub location and is capable of transmitting up to 512 kbps on the return link to the Hub.

The 20W C-band and X-band GaN BUCs are part of a series of hub-mounted, up-converter transmitters, using Advantech Wireless World-leading GaN Technology. Mr. Sandoval is a veteran of the communications industry, whose recent telecom career positions included Director of Technical Marketing at Comstream/Spar. He was also a Senior Director at Hughes Network Systems, a Senior Manager at PCA Business Group and most recently at Viasat he was the Director of Business, Latin America.

Paul holds a MSEE (Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Massachusetts, USA and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Simon Bolivar University.

The Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer® is a unique, two-day cycling event that took place on July 9-10, 2011. During this bold cycling journey, the Ride was throughout Quebec’s countryside! The Ride is an endeavour to do just that – Conquer Cancer. The money raised for The Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer will help fund cancer research and care at the Segal Cancer Centre at the Jewish General Hospital and throughout Quebec. Funds will be used to support research and new technologies in the areas of molecular diagnostics, functional imaging, biomarkers, molecular target discovery and validation, and advanced targeted radiation therapy. In other words, this epic ride will accelerate the conquest of cancer.

In these capacities Pierre managed national and international sales teams, opened new markets and build-up sales channel, negotiated multi-million dollar agreements directly with Tier 1 carriers, corporations and government agencies and worked closely with R&D and manufacturing to launched OEM products for government agencies and international corporations.

As VP, Global Sales, Pierre Cardinal will continue to expand our sales and distribution channels, world-wide. Pierre will lead the sales team, implement a unified sales strategy and take responsibility for sales world-wide for Advantech Wireless.

Traffic capacity can be provisioned based on priority or dynamically changed to provide maximum throughput. This training gives engineers and technicians enhanced skills needed to trouble-shoot their network, to fully understand the features of remote monitoring and network management tools.
