Even in harsh and hostile conditions, reliable transmission over satellite is available at all times. We offer robust and flexible solutions that allow integrators to build high performance DSNG trucks and flyaways. Our modulator products are based on the DVB-DSNG and DVB-S2 standards and their very high bandwidth efficiency enables mobile TV contribution even in High and Ultra High Definition.
Regardless of the choice of physical interface, our terrestrial microwave solutions can carry your broadcasting signal via DVB-ASI, STM-1, DS/3 or plain IP. In the ASI interface, our radios can carry two ASI streams in both directions at up to 210 Mbps. Each ASI stream carries an independent Multiple Program Transport Stream (MPTS), along with the ability to support your Single Frequency Network (SFN) infrastructure.
For distribution over wider areas, our satellite communications equipment can provide services Direct-to-Home (DTH) or to serve a terrestrial transmission system, such as DVB-T and DVB-T2. Our multi-stream capabilities provide a very efficient solution for carrying several television multiplexes (MUX’s or bouquets) whilst retaining the timing to enable both Multi- and Single Frequency Network (MFN and SFN) infrastructure.
